The president is responsible for all club business and activities, chairs our committee meetings and monthly general meetings and helps to arrange guest speakers.
Also supervises and delegates duties to the committee members, liaises between club and other interested parties and attends club functions and events.
Other duties include attending special meetings with HSV or other organisations that could benefit and be of interest to the club.

VICE PRESIDENT – ANDREW GOTTSCHALK
The vice-president works in close co-operation with the president and must keep up with club activities and be as knowledgeable as the President over club matters.

TREASURER – DIANE THOMAS 
The treasurer arranges and manages the club’s financial affairs. This includes the lodging of club financial statements with Corporate Affairs annually and GST related statements when required.
The treasurer presents an accurate monthly report to members at club meetings, and prepares expenditure budgets by which the club operates.

Secretary duties are to record minutes of the various meetings, present the minutes of the meetings to the members and for publication in the magazine, and deal with all incoming and outgoing correspondence.

MEMBERSHIP OFFICER – DIANE THOMAS
Membership handles and processes enquiries regarding membership. They also maintains an up to date register of all club members and an up to date club mailing list.
Membership also issues renewal notices, liaises with CAMS and the Treasurer regarding members CAMS affiliation and fees, and checks with HSV regarding the eligibility and authenticity of vehicles.

MOTORSPORT COORDINATOR – IVAN BUNNEY
The Motorsport coordinator sets up and runs the club’s motorsport activities for the year which includes the paperwork, booking the tracks, organising the officials, preparing the results and organising and presentation of the trophies.

Organising all concourse and show ‘n’ shine events, including Good Friday Royal Children’s Hospital Southbank display, and many others.
This coordinator also facilitates similar events throughout the year run by the club or other parties, provides entry forms and organises and presents trophies.

MAGAZINE EDITOR – PETER MILBURN
Editor writes, compiles, edits, produces and mails the monthly magazine, Torque ‘n’8s, to members.
The magazine attempts to meet the general interests of the membership in the areas of automotive news and general interest topics. Member’s articles are welcomed and encouraged.
An important part of the portfolio is the management and coordination of the magazine’s classified advertising.
